Pastor John Hoyum
John Hoyum has served Port Madison Lutheran Church as pastor since 2024. He holds a BA (2015) in Biblical and Theological Studies from Bethel University in St. Paul, Minnesota as well as an M.Div. (2018) from Luther Seminary, also in St. Paul. He completed a year of seminary internship in Santa Maria, California, and served in parish ministry for five years in Seattle, WA. In 2023, he graduated from the University of Aberdeen with a PhD in Systematic Theology, with a dissertation studying the theology of Robert Jenson (1930–2017). He is pleased to serve Port Madison, Bainbridge Island, and the Kitsap County region in the mission of the gospel.
Sherri Miller - Church Administrator
Sherri is a wife and mother. She and her husband, Greg, have lived in Silverdale since 1992. Sherri enjoys spending time with family and friends and enjoys the outdoors, music, and travel.

Georgene Corey - Organist
Georgene has been the organist at Port Madison Lutheran Church since January 2006. Her academic background includes a Bachelor's degree of Music Theory and a Master's degree in Organ Performance. She is also a Nationally Certified Teacher of music and maintains a private piano studio in Poulsbo, WA where she resides with her husband, Scott.
The church organ is a two manual, mechanical (tracker) action pipe organ built specifically for Port Madison by Steven Cook of Seattle.
